These highly processed and pharmaceutical grade oils are very light in weight and offer excellent glide and texture for massage.
Why is it important to use Pharmaceutical grade oils? Many oils are readily available for purchase at your local Supermarket and food supply stores. These oils are food grade oils, typically thicker, and have a shorter shelf life. Have you ever noticed that massage oil blends made with food grade oils tend to smell a bit rancid after just a couple of months? Our pharmaceutical grade and highly processed oils undergo a much stricter purification process, it is this process that removes the impurities in the oils leaving a thin oil that is clean, stable and easily accepted by the skin making it perfect for therapeutic massage.
